BPE can assist in the preparation for a Focused Assessment, Sarbanes-Oxley supply chain audit, internal audit or other government audit. During the audit, BPE can drive the efforts; for example, BPE supports the sampling and testing of records, assists in the interpretation of the results and communicates the results to the company.

As the audit concludes, BPE can assist in the creation of compliance improvement plans including development or modification of standard operating procedures, internal audit program establishment and monthly measurement of success towards improvement goals.
